I had a bit of extra light bleeding and he insured that my ear had stopped bleeding before letting me go. He made sure that all items used were sterilized prior to usage. He informed me of every step in the process and never had me sitting in the dark or guessing what he was about to next. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the shop was amazingly clean! Red did my daith piercing. And being very busy is never an excuse for bad behavior! No mention of her showing me the earrings that apparently were not right for my daughter. I know he is the expert and if we were told this an hour and half hr back, we would have come back when he had the right earrings in stock.Īfter that the lady who shouted at us, told me to basically leave. We waited with the 4 year old for an hour and half before we were told that he cant do the piercing.
She told us to pick the earrings from the from the ones she showed us and wait as there were 3 people ahead of us. The first surprise was the one of the employees shouting at us to get out as no kids are allowed! At no time did she ask what we were in there for and told us to get out! After telling her that we had messaged the piercing guy and we came with my 4 year olds passport and birth certificate, she was a bit pacified. He did NOT say that he cant do it so we drove to this place as walk -ins. Then I sent a message to which I received a reply that he "suggests" that he use a different gauge than what is available. I tried calling 4-5 times and no one picked up. We heard so much about the place so we wanted to get our daighters ears pierced here.
