I am starting to assume that this store is fake and they don’t actually sell anything, trying to get free money. After all of this they offered me $5 credit, which I declined because any money I spend with them seems to disappear due to various reasons. I was confused as to how this affected me as 15 days before they assured me that I was being put in an urgent shipping batch. Now they told me my order was delayed due to a 14 inventory that they do annually.
After receiving no further updates, now 25 days after I ordered (and payed) for my product, I emailed them again. I figured that did not matter since I was in an urgent shipping batch. 4 days later with no shipping confirmation they replied that their warehouse was backed up due to the holidays. After 9 days of no updates, I emailed the company and they said that my order had not been placed into a shipping batch and I was told that they “placed your order in our urgent shipping batch”.
