Lockdown ranges from about 20-22 feet, no more, no less. Lockdown is even shorter at 20 feet, even with the extra I gave him to account for his slouch. Lastly, here's one with Transformium'd Lucas, who's actor is 6 feet 2 inches. I wouldn't really use this as solid evidence, however.
Ratchet, who is 20 feet, was harder to get an accurate height, but you can get an idea by combining the 3 lines forming his upper body, thigh, and lower leg. Here is one where he is about to pull the Spark out of Ratchet's chest. In the original trilogy and TLK, he is 16 feet, so if that were the case here, Lockdown would be even closer to 20 feet tall. This is also assuming Bumblebee's AOE height at 18 feet. Between the two, Lockdown is about 21-22 feet. These are a little harder to gauge because neither is completely straightened out. When fighting Bumblebee, there are a few quick frames that offer a nearly side by side comparison. As you can see, Lockdown is just about 21 feet. There is only one true, definitive comparison between Lockdown and Optimus Prime where they are both in the same plane and there are no camera angles to worry about. I forgot to change the number, but the larger Bumblebee should say 18'. However, there are a few frames which help illustrate that TunaKaan's scale chart is accurate, putting him at 22 feet. Many of the scenes with Optimus Prime make him to appear nearly as tall. Instead, we often see him together with someone else at a deceiving angle. Despite Lockdown appearing near multiple other bots, there are hardly any good side by side shots to give us an accurate idea of how tall he really is.
